Very interesting event being held in Garvagh Community Building with great relevance to our ambitions for Garvagh Forest School and the wider former Garvagh High School Site.

Development Trusts NI, is pleased to invite interested parties to a seminar and public discussion on community owned, community managed woodlands. The seminar seeks to facilitate an opportunity for those with an interest in land reform, local regeneration and development to come together and share experiences, challenges and opportunities and consider ways in which mutual interests can be advanced.

This seminar will look at community ownership and management of land and woodlands in Scotland with a keynote contribution from Jon Hollingdale, CEO of the Communtiy Woodlands Association Scotland.
